Mom: Don't you just get overwhelmed by all the blessings you have?
Me: Um, no...I get overwhelmed by what everyone else doesn't have.

Today apparently was not that day.

Sometimes my own stupidity astounds me.

I don't want a Prince Charming.

Charm is deceptive.
How about a Prince Caring?
Or Prince Responsible?
Or Prince Honest?
This isn't a fairy tale.

To prepare for winter, this afternoon I bought

8 pair of long socks, 2 pair gloves, 2 beanies, and 1scarf.  Though the weather is in the 90s today I find myself wanting to prance around in my new purchases.

Who'd a thought?

Recently an elderly woman informed my mother that the increase in homosexual women was due to women wearing jeans.

?

If that's the case, wonder what the appearance of jeggings will do to our society.
